Overview

Help shape how Niagara-on-the-Lake invests in the infrastructure you use every day. The Town's Asset Management Plan (AMP) will guide decisions about maintaining and renewing roads, bridges, sidewalks, water/wastewater systems, parks and recreation facilities, and Town buildings, so services remain safe, reliable, and affordable over time.

Why this matters

  • Health & safety: Keep assets in safe and operable condition.

  • Reliability: Reduce service disruptions and costly emergency repairs.

  • Affordability: Plan ahead to manage lifecycle costs and avoid spikes.

  • Sustainability: Balance needs with limited resources and rising costs.

  • Service levels: Align investments with what the community values most.

How to participate

  • Take the survey to rank your priorities and desired service levels from September 5 to 26.

How your input will be used

Your feedback will inform the AMP update, future capital budgets, and the Town’s 10-year investment outlook.
